Great ! Ordered Regular diner only, Rodizio looked like way to much food.

JJ Bridges has pretty good food - a very LARGE selection to choose from (almost to a fault). The restaurant style is a bar/diner type - very casual atmosphere and simple good American food for the most part.

Even though Texas Roadhouse is a "chain" restaurant, the food always seems to taste great! Quality steaks and ribs are affordable, and the large portions will leave you with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

Don't fill up on the peanuts!

Cooper's is one of the most popular restaurants in Scranton, and defiantly the best for seafood. For first timers, take your time to explore the waiting area walls - covered with history and photos!

The food is always tasty, from the soups to the entree's - I've been there too many times to list all the different meals I've tried. My only complaint is that you can be waiting a while after you get your table before you get served.

Yanni's has a great selection of Greek food. I tend to stick to the gyros and souvlaki, but you can't go wrong with anything. I'd recommend the potato salad or fries for the sides - taste great.

Great for takeout service too!

I have never had a bad meal here, in fact every one was outstanding! The service, the food, the wine, everything. I don't know the owners, but they always go out of their way to greet the customers and check and see if everything is going smoothly.
I am dumbfounded by the previous review. From reading it, perhaps she should stick with fast food joints

After you read this you will want to think twice about eating there or sending any of your friends there. I surely will not be going back!

When I received my Sirloin it was rare (pink and bloody), so I sent it back. When it comes back out again it is even bloodier!! My gravy had actually turned red! Almost everyone at the table is done eating at this point so I tell the waitress that it is just too bloody for me and I do not want it any more.
When our check comes I see that they did not take off my chopped sirloin from the bill, the manager tells me that I said that I didn't want it anymore and that is my fault if I didn't like it because it was cooked right. We start arguing and she tells me that she is going to call the police. I said, "Ok call the police"!
She tells me that the only thing they could do was store credit! I told her that was unacceptable and that we were not leaving until they took off my meal. She goes and gets the cook who tells me that my steak is supposed to be bloody and pink, and that is what medium looks like!! Yuck! I only order meat medium and it has never looked like that before! Then he goes on to tell us that he stands by his food and admits that it was rare the first time, but not the second time. (If he stands by his food then why would he send out rare meat the first time!) He also tells us that we are only fast food worthy and obviously have not eaten in a real restaurant before!

After about 20 minutes of arguing (this is 8 people arguing with him by the way, not just me) he finally says he will take it off but we are baned from eating there ever again!
I wouldn't eat there if you paid me!

Armetta's Pizza is one of the best pizzeria's in NEPA. As previous reviewer said - order early on the weekends if you're taking out - very popular and busy place.
